Mysore: Mon-Fri 5:30-9:30am, Mon-Thur 5:00-7:00pm. Teacher present from 6:30-9:15am & 5-7pm.
Practice duration will vary for each student.

Guided Pranayama/Meditation: Saturday 8:00-9:00am
Vinyasa: Saturday 9:00-10:15am
Intro To Ashtanga: Saturday 10:30-11:30am
Counted Intermediate Series: First Saturday 9:00-10:30am
Chanting/Philosophy: Sunday 8:00-9:00am
Counted Primary Series: Sunday 9:00-10:30am
Prenatal Yoga: Sunday 10:45am-12:00pm
