Caitlin Pitts
Caitlin Pitts has been practicing yoga since 1994 and teaching since 2002. She has had the opportunity to study with Sarah Powers, John Friend, Anna Pitman and Rodney Yee, and has been influenced by the insights of both Anusara and Iyengar yoga. She loves to share the dynamism of flow yoga, the centering of breathwork, the philosophical discoveries that the yoga practice brings to us, and the quiet depths of relaxation.
