Which Class is for You?
For Beginners
we offer three introductory classes at the Belmont location. These classes move at a slower pace to help the practitioner learn the poses and theory of Ashtanga Primary series, as well as spend more time on alignment and details.
Belmont Introductory Classes:
Sundays at 12:00pm
Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm
For All Levels
We offer a traditional Mysore-style class (NOT a lead class) in the mornings. In the Mysore method, each student has an individualized practice which is developed and overseen by the teacher. Postures are learned one by one and as they are mastered, the student gradually builds a personal practice. During Mysore, students of all levels practice at their own pace and the instructor is available to help with the postures by means of hands-on adjustments and sequencing assistance.
We also offer challenging and invigorating lunchtime classes, Vinyasa Power Hour, a $5.00 Community Class on Saturdays, Prenatal Yoga, and various evening classes based on the Asthanga Vinyasa sequences. Detailed Class Descriptions >
